Xpense Budget Manager ("the App") is a personal expense and income tracker developed by an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles, where it goes, and how you can remove it.
The App does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, or any identifying information to use it. There is no login screen and no user profile on any server we operate.
Everything you record — expense and income entries, amounts, currencies, dates, merchant names, categories, notes, and recurring-payment ("subscription") schedules — is stored locally on your device. It is also synced, using Apple's CloudKit framework, to the private iCloud database tied to your own Apple Account.
This sync is opportunistic and private: it lets your records survive an app reinstall or move to a new device signed in with the same Apple Account. We cannot see, access, or receive a copy of this data — it never passes through any server we operate, and it is not shared with any third party. If you are not signed into iCloud, or your iCloud storage is full, the App simply continues to work with local-only storage; nothing breaks.
If you sign out of iCloud (or turn iCloud off) after having synced, your device keeps working normally with its local copy — nothing is deleted from the device. Only the syncing itself pauses: new changes stop going up, and nothing new comes down, until you sign back in. Records already synced to that Apple Account's private iCloud database stay there untouched; signing back into the same account resumes syncing right where it left off. Switching to a different Apple Account simply starts from that account's own (initially empty) iCloud data — your original account's data is not lost, just not visible until you sign back into it. Settings shows a live "iCloud sync: Active / Off" indicator so this is never ambiguous.
Your device's local copy is additionally protected with complete file encryption (NSFileProtectionComplete), meaning it cannot be read while your device is locked, even by other software on the device.
If you use the receipt-scanning feature, the photo you capture is processed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework to read the amount, date, and merchant name. The photo itself is never uploaded anywhere, never stored, and is discarded from memory as soon as the text has been read.

This version of Xpense Budget Manager does not include any advertising SDK. The App does not show ads, does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, and does not send any data — device identifiers, usage data, or otherwise — to any advertising network. We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK of our own; nothing about your usage of the App is measured or reported to us. If advertising is added in a future update, this policy will be updated in advance and the change will be clearly disclosed in the App Store release notes before it takes effect.

The App only processes the receipt image you select. It does not browse, scan, or access the rest of your photo library, and does not permanently store the image.
If you allow it, the App schedules local reminders for upcoming recurring-payment due dates. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device — no push notification service or server is involved, and no notification content is sent anywhere.
Settings → Delete All Data permanently erases every entry, subscription, category, and cached exchange rate — from your device and from your private iCloud database — after a confirmation step. This cannot be undone.
Simply deleting the App from your device removes the local copy immediately, but a synced copy may remain in your private iCloud storage until you either use the button above beforehand, or remove it yourself via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Xpense Budget Manager → Delete Data.
Because your records live only on your device and in your own private iCloud account, most data-protection rights (access, correction, portability) are already in your hands by default — you can see, edit, or export (as CSV) everything at any time from within the App. To fully delete everything, use Settings → Delete All Data (see above). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, under any circumstance.
The App is a personal bookkeeping tool. It does not provide tax or accounting advice and is not an official accounting or banking service.
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not operate any backend server or database of our own, so we never hold a copy of your records to retain in the first place. Your data lives only on your device and in your own private iCloud account.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Fiş tarama özelliğini kullanırsan, çektiğin fotoğraf tutarı, tarihi ve mağaza adını okumak için tamamen cihazında, Apple'ın cihaz-üstü Vision çatısıyla işlenir. Fotoğrafın kendisi hiçbir yere yüklenmez, hiçbir yerde saklanmaz, metin okunur okunmaz bellekten atılır.

Xpense Bütçe Yöneticisi'nin bu sürümünde herhangi bir reklam SDK'sı bulunmamaktadır. Uygulama yalnızca seçtiğin fiş görselini işler. Fotoğraf kitaplığının geri kalanını taramaz, göz atmaz veya erişmez; görseli kalıcı olarak saklamaz.
İzin verirsen, Uygulama yaklaşan yinelenen ödeme günleri için yerel hatırlatmalar planlar. Bu bildirimler tamamen cihazında oluşturulur ve iletilir — hiçbir push bildirim servisi ya da sunucu devrede değildir, hiçbir bildirim içeriği hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil, bir onay adımından sonra tüm kayıtları, abonelikleri, kategorileri ve kur önbelleğini — hem cihazından hem private iCloud veritabanından — kalıcı olarak siler. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Uygulamayı cihazından silmek yerel kopyayı hemen kaldırır, ama senkronize kopya, yukarıdaki butonu önceden kullanmadıysan ya da iOS Ayarlar → [Adın] → iCloud → Hesap Depolamasını Yönet → Xpense Budget Manager → Veriyi Sil yolunu izlemediysen private iCloud alanında kalabilir.
Kayıtların yalnızca cihazında ve kendi private iCloud hesabında yaşadığı için, veri koruma haklarının çoğu (erişim, düzeltme, taşınabilirlik) zaten varsayılan olarak elinde — uygulama içinden her şeyi istediğin zaman görebilir, düzenleyebilir ya da (CSV olarak) dışa aktarabilirsin. Tamamen silmek için Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil'i kullan (yukarıya bak). Kişisel verilerini hiçbir koşulda, hiç kimseye satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, takas etmiyoruz.
Uygulama kişisel bir kayıt tutma aracıdır. Vergi ya da muhasebe danışmanlığı vermez, resmi bir muhasebe ya da bankacılık hizmeti değildir.
Uygulama genel kitleye yönelik bir araçtır, 13 yaş altı çocukları hedeflemez. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
Kendi işlettiğimiz bir sunucu/veritabanı olmadığı için zaten elimizde saklayacağımız bir kopyan hiç oluşmuyor. Verilerin yalnızca cihazında ve kendi private iCloud hesabında yaşıyor.
Politika değişirse yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
